Terms and Conditions – Hair Extension Training Courses

Mia-Louise Hair Extensions Ltd

1. General Information

These Terms and Conditions apply to all hair extension training courses provided by Mia-Louise Hair Extensions Ltd(“we”, “our”, “us”) to any student (“you”, “your”).
By booking a course, you agree to these terms in full.

2. Booking and Payments

  • Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your place.

  • Course spaces are limited and offered on a first-come, first-served basis.

  • All payments must be received before the course start date. If payment is not received, your booking may be cancelled.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

  • All course payments are non-refundable.

  • If you wish to cancel or reschedule, you must provide at least 7 days written notice.

  • Cancellations made after this period or non-attendance on the day of training will result in loss of payment.

  • If Mia-Louise Hair Extensions Ltd must cancel or postpone a course, you will be offered an alternative date or a full refund.

4. Course Attendance

  • Students must arrive on time and attend the full duration of the course.

  • Failure to attend or complete the training in full may result in no certificate being issued.

  • Late arrivals (more than 15 minutes) may be refused entry to avoid disrupting other learners.

  • Please bring any required tools, kits, or equipment as specified in your confirmation email.

5. Certification

  • Certificates are awarded upon successful completion of both the theory and practical components.

  • Completion of training does not guarantee professional competency; further practice may be required.

  • Mia-Louise Hair Extensions Ltd reserves the right to withhold certification if the required standard is not met.

6. Course Content and Changes

  • We may make minor amendments to course content, structure, or materials to maintain training quality and reflect current industry standards.

  • Photos or videos may be taken during training for promotional purposes. Please notify us before the course if you do not wish to appear in marketing materials.

7. Models

  • Some courses require you to bring a live model; this will be stated in your course information.

  • Models must be aged 16 or over and give consent for extensions to be applied and removed as part of training.

  • It is your responsibility to ensure your model arrives on time and meets suitability requirements.

8. Health & Safety

  • Please inform your educator of any medical conditions, allergies, or sensitivities that may affect your participation.

  • Health and safety guidelines must be followed at all times.

  • Mia-Louise Hair Extensions Ltd is not liable for any injuries or reactions that occur if safety instructions are not followed.

9. Liability

  • We accept no responsibility for loss or damage to personal belongings brought to the venue.

  • While every effort is made to ensure your safety, we are not liable for any personal injury, damage, or loss incurred during or after training.

  • Our total liability shall not exceed the total course fee paid.

10. Intellectual Property

  • All course materials, manuals, and content remain the intellectual property of Mia-Louise Hair Extensions Ltd.

  • Materials are provided for personal learning only and must not be copied, distributed, or used for teaching purposes without written permission.

11. Professional Conduct

  • Students are expected to maintain a professional and respectful attitude throughout training.

  • Any abusive, disruptive, or inappropriate behavior may result in removal from the course without refund.

12. Complaints

  • Any complaints must be submitted in writing within 7 days of the training date.

  • Mia-Louise Hair Extensions Ltd will review and respond promptly to all complaints.

13. Data Protection

  • Personal information is collected solely for course administration, certification, and communication purposes.

  • Your data will never be shared with third parties without consent, except where required by law.

14. Agreement

By booking and attending a training course with Mia-Louise Hair Extensions Ltd, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
